The Gløgglich Trail

Photo: Haderslev Kommune

The sweet aroma of sugar-coated almonds fills the air. The store windows are decked for Christmas, and classic Christmas tunes jingle on every street corner. The pedestrian streets of our historical market town are an ideal family destination – that now includes the GLØGGLICH Trail.

Crazy about mulled wine?

At this time of the year, Danes love to make gløgg (mulled wine). We invite you to follow the Gløgglich Trail that takes you to bars, cafés and stores, each of which serves gløgg made to their own unique recipe, with various accompaniments. This is a grand opportunity to get into the festive spirit. Discover the cosiest Christmas market atmosphere and enjoy gløgg as you visit the sale points along the route.

Complete the trail and find out which gløgg you like best!
