You will be picked up at the harbour by guide Marianne Weiman, who will guide you along meadow and beach, where you will pick herbs for the menu.
Afterwards, departure for the lighthouse with golf carts.
Collection of herbs: winter purslane, seakale, sea purslane, sea rocket, rose leafs, seaweed, Japanese knotweed.
Ceviche (fish from the strait) with saffron-vinaigrette and winter purslane, Island-sausage with seaweed, the signature dish "Landskabet i en pølse" ("The landscape in a sausage") with seakale-salsa and seaweed. Meat from the island - marinated in schnaps and wine, with potatoes and rose leafs.
Home-made smoked cheese with sea purslane. A glass of seaweed-wine from Årø Winery and a glass of local rosé.
